SMORES BROWNIESPirate Princess and I made these brownies tonight that I got from a fellow blogette at Daisy Cottage. They are delicious. P. Princess loves to bake from scratch. Her favorite part is licking the spoon and bowl when finished. If you want to try these loveleigh ooey, gooey,very very rich yummy brownies, the recipe is as follows:
1 brownie mix
10 graham whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix brownies as box indicates
Bake 350' for 18 min. in a lightly greased 9x13 pan
Take out and add graham crackers, pressing down gently
Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows evenly over top
Bake 12 min. more
I also put the brownies under the broiler briefly when they were done to make the
marshmallows toasty and brown.
Enjoy and forget about your waistline for a day!
