100 Posts, By Golly!

Yes, siree, I've reached that milestone. My 100th post. I had
originally planned to do a giveaway. The plan changed when I
decided to have a Costume Party/giveaway which you are all
invited to attend. Click on the sidebar Invite for details.

I can't believe how much I've learned since I
posted my first
post on January 26th. I don't think I realized
how much fun I
would have! Click HERE if you'd like to see my blogs
beginnings. It is about one of my favorite subjects, my nephew,
the Man Cub.

So in keeping with the celebration of things that have reached
the 100 mark, I give you the following photos of all things 100!

100 year old Indian woman, the lines upon her face,
tell of a life with many struggles

100 year old man, his gaze is still so intent,
I wonder what he is thinking as he looks
into the camera

Old Model T Ford
Before the days of heaters and air conditioning,
and windows, and radios, and dashboards, and
air bags, and GPS and on and on and on...

Old Surry
Before practically everything but the wheel

100 year old Fig Tree
It's branches reaching towards the sky

100 year old House, still full of beauty and grace

100 year old Schooner, Seraph
Still feeling the wind in her sails and
footsteps on her deck

100 year old Lighthouse
Pure charm itself

100 year old Barn, still standing
strong
and proud

100 year old Books still holding a
wealth of information and stories

This is Yan
He had reached the age of 103 when
this picture was taken. I had to include him
because he was just so darn CUTE!

So here's hoping that I have as
much fun with the next 100 posts and that
all of you continue to enjoy reading them!
