Borst House update and yes, another GIVEAWAY!

I'm sure you are all wondering about my next installment on
the Borst Historical Home. I did make it to the tour last
Saturday and it was fabulous, but here is the situation I find
myself in: TMI. Too much information. I took over 230
pictures and got a lot more information on the family and the
house. What this means is I have some homework to do. I need
to figure out how to split up the pictures and information into
separate posts because there is NO way I could fit it all into
one, unless I did the longest post in history! I think I'll end up
with about 4 or 5 more posts. So please stay with me until I
get my Borst House homework done!

This is a small glimpse into the house, the front door.

Another peek, this is what you see when you walk in the back
door and look to the left, the pantry.

Okay, I know this is my gazillionth giveaway ALERT in the
last few days, but this one comes from a loyal follower who is
just the sweetest lady ever! Marydon from Feedsack Fantasy
and Blushing Rose Botique
is offering up this wonderful
selection of goodies for one lucky winner. Marydon has reached
a posting/followers goal she set for herself and wants to
celebrate in style and we are the ones who will reap the
benefits! If you are interested in her giveaway, head on over
to her blog to sign up. Her drawing will be on July 25th!

Now I can't promise that I won't post any more giveaways,
there are just too many generous people in Bloggerville that
are sharing such beautiful wonderful things. I also think it's
such a fun way to discover new blogs and the creative people
behind them. Until next time, I am...

TY for sharing more photos, Sares. I loved that park & Borst house. We had such great fun & now arm memories of the wonderful times as a child as we romped & played throughout that Borst property. Anxious to see more. Hugs, TTFN ~Marydon

I love the music playing on your blog, Sares! :)

I love the pantry. Pantries just make a home feel more...more...very homey. :)

I remember I once lived in a home with a pantry lined with floral wallpaper. But I think the home was haunted, so the pantry could hardly make up for that, could it? :)

So interesting to see what's inside the Borst home. And yes, the tiles are mahjong and it's a bracelet. My niece gave it to me when we had a reunion cause we play mahjong a lot when my mom and sisters are all together....Christine
