HERE WE GO! It's time for the second half of Deanna's at
Timeless Things two day Birthday Celebration! Happy Birthday
Deanna! Today is the day we all get spiffied up and squeeze
ourselves into some slinky party gowns, because after all, we
are famous Movie Stars and that IS what famous Movie
Stars DO. There is only one small problem. It was a bit of a
rough week and I started off looking like THIS...
I began my beauty regime with a major shampoo/condition
job. I had to call in reinforcements to tame my wild mop in
time for the party.
Of course my make-up had to be applied by an expert on an
occasion such as the loveleigh Deanna's Party.
Every precaution must be taken to ensure the sneaky Paparazzi
don't catch a glimpse of me before I hit the red carpet. I must
move like a stealth cat...
Now to the closet. What oh what shall I wear. There HAS to be
SOMETHING party worthy in here. Decisions, decisions...
Do you think I could get away with going for the comfort
look. No. Definitely not. Deanna is expecting us to attend her
party in all our GLAMOUR.
How about this? Do you think it resembles a fishing net too
closely? Yes, I think so too, definitely out, however it could
come in handy later in this post...
NOW, we're getting closer. This dress is DIVINE and very regal-
like. I'm just afraid my head would implode from carrying
around all that extra hair and jewelery. Maybe not such a
grand idea for THIS occasion. Let's see...
Well LA DI DAH. This is one fabulous concoction. My only
concerns are being able to breathe and the fear of killing
someone with that hat. It IS stunning though. It could be worth
the trouble... Nah, I'll have to pass. What else is hidden back in
the deepest recesses of my closet...
AH HA! This is it! Jackpot Baby! I knew I could find something
beautiful, elegant and breathable! This is just what I was after
and the Doggies make a wonderful accessory, they'll keep
any pesky Paparazzi away. Dogs are allowed aren't they Deanna?
As for the OTHER accessories a girl needs, I think I'll throw
THIS pretty little bauble around my neck. I'll skip the earrings.
THEY say less is more, whoever THEY are.
Now I just need to find the perfect pair of shoes...
There. These are just the ticket. Practically perfect in every way!
I'm all ready now and I'll see you there..
