Do you think that animals have feelings?
Some people would say no...
I am of the opinion that they do
I don't know how deeply
or in what capacity
but deep in my heart of hearts
I know that they feel
a connection, affection, love...
call it what you will
our CREATOR gave us all life, and for what better reason...
than to find the joy in each other, the love,the tenderness...
to know that we are NOT alone, there is an invisible thread that binds ALL life,
connecting us to each other.
Yes, deep in my heart, I know that
animals... wild, tame, small and large
have the capacity to
FEEL
This is what I choose to believe...
for it makes the world that much
MORE amazing...
the world I choose to live in...
where animals can LOVE!

Wonderful post Sares. Yes, I believe animals have feelings and they love. Animals also mourn the loss of a human and another animal. I will always have them in my life. They bring me such joy!
Lovely photos! YES I do think, no I know, animals have feelings. All one has to do is to welcome a dog or cat or even a bird into your home and you will see through their eyes and actions that they love, are loyal, get scared, get sad, get happy and even jealous.
The one thing animals have that we don't are they ALWAYS forgive you, no matter what.

I totally believe animals love and have feelings too. I just read an article in the news that a scientist believes he found proof that dogs have souls. I'm like yeah I knew that already. :) Great photos they are so sweet.

I think animals feel emotions in their own animal way, but I don't think they have emotions in the same way a human does. Does that make sense? :) Animal behaviors clearly reflect that they feel embarrassed, scared, angry, etc. I think dogs especially seem strong to show their emotions!
