The Week Ahead...

Big things are happening this week. I've got lots of little projects to
finish up before we move into our "space" on the weekend. We also have
to do a
bit of painting at the end of the week before we move all our
merchandise
in. So to help bring some lighthearted cheer to the week,
my Mom and I
split a bouquet of roses from the store.
We loved all the colors!

I am going to be running on FAITH this week, hoping that this new
venture will come off without too much drama, tears, pain and suffering,
hee hee hee! Seriously I am hoping it will be worth all the effort in the end,
but I guess you will never know until you try.

BTW, this FAITH sign is going into the shop, I was tempted to keep
it, but I am trying to make a profit, so it's getting donated to the
cause!

More goodies for the store, picture frames from the $1 Store that got

a makeover

Candles ready to be sold

A candle with the ever popular burlap

A little plaque from the Goodwill I re-purposed into my own creation

I think it's going to be a long week, but I can't wait to get everything all

moved into our space. I have about 4 lists going, so hopefully everything
I need to remember to do will make it onto a list, or TRUST ME when I
tell you it WILL get forgotten, that's just how I roll!!!

Have a terrific week everyone!

Best of luck on your new venture! I had a booth for years and loved it. So much so ..I opened my own antiques store, which I truly loved. I recently retired from the antiques trade. Miss it sometimes. It was fun.

I think you are doing an amazing job, but I never had a doubt, you are so talented!! :) I think it will be so much fun and I am SO excited to see it come together! I can hardly stand to see it, guess I will have to suffice with pictures for a couple of weeks!
It will take some time to not feel overwhelmed, eventually it will run like a well-oiled machine! xo

Hi Sares...
First off you made me laugh with your weedeater comment this morning...poor Rich, perhaps he has his wife trained to do that part...he was weird...but wonderful at the same time!

I'm selling Bobby Sherman 45's in my booth and Smurf books...go figure!

My very best wishes are sent your way! I'm sending the birdie box to you today. Love sent and good luck for sure! I'll be back that way in July and I'm coming shopping at your booth...got any gnomes from Paris?

Busy, busy, busy...the best way to be Sares. Love all the things you've been putting together, especially the photo frames, they look great. Love black and white movies so they really struck a chord.
Good luck with the opening!

What a beautiful shop you have, Sareski!

I would love to come in and buy a lot of the stuff from you!

And, well, on your journey you will probably have many tears, but most of them tears of joy, and many sudden moments, but most of them the good kinds...and at last, probably many surprises, but nothing you can't handle!
