Pink Saturday

It's time to get our pink on. Even the trees are in agreement! Thank you to
Beverly from How Sweet The Sound for hosting Pink Saturday for us each
and every Saturday! If you want to see more links to pink be sure to visit
her site.

I think that I shall never see

A poem lovely as a tree.

A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth's sweet flowering breast;

A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;

A tree that may in Summer wear,
A nest of robins in her hair;

Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with the rain.

Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

~Joyce Kilmer

The happiest of Pink Saturdays to you my loveleighs,

may your weekend be full of all sorts of pink delights!

Sares, how gorgeous! Love your tree shots. I'm dropping by tonight to wish you well for PS. I'm not going to hop on the train this week because I'll be traveling, but I hope you all have fun on the ride.

I love your blog header. I took some shots of a friend of mine's art studio about a year ago that has a similar shot of a bike. I plan to share them all for a future PS.

Thanks for sharing your blossoms with us...

I adore this poem and these lovely Blossoms. Oh my gosh are they ever magnificent. Sares are they cherry blossoms? I have never seen one so close and these shots are just so beautiful. I can actually see the centers of the blooms in some of the photos.

Thank you so much for sharing with me sweetie. I have enjoyed my visit today. Have a beautiful Saturday sweet Sares. Please know that you are so loved. Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

Sares, your tree brings so many memories. Growing up there was a tree called Roble. It will bloom so many times a year that seems that it was always in bloom. Been a pink girl since forever it was my favorite tree. The blooms were a simple single petal pink flower, almost look like pink organza. The color was the faintest color pink, so beautiful, so close to your tree. Have a blessed PS, Marta

Love this poem and of course how could you resist those cherry or apple blossoms. When I was about 12 I was an apple blossom fairie in a ballet play and I remember my Mother glueing tons of blossoms onto a hoop thingie for my other image conjures up Spring better!
Happy PS Sares, Nerina xOxO

Oh what a cute blog look here!

Do I take it that you get all your 'blog looks,' from "Webfetie" or whatever it is called?

I loved the pale, soft, almost beige background you had before. Wondered where you got it.
